Roers Companies seeks a Compliance Manager in Plymouth, MN to lead the Compliance Department, ensuring LIHTC and federal/state/a investor requirements are met. The role provides coaching and direction to Specialists and partners with Operations, Leasing, and Asset Management to achieve occupancy and compliance goals.

You will drive process improvements, monitor SLAs, and stay current on regulatory changes while fostering accountability and continuous improvement across the team.

Qualifications

• Extensive LIHTC and affordable housing compliance knowledge.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and regulatory interpretation skills.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Compliance Specialists; conduct evaluations and coaching.
• Oversee initial and annual certifications, unit transfers, and files.
• Ensure timelines and SLAs are met; escalate high-risk issues.
• Stay current on regulatory changes; communicate updates to partners.
• Drive process improvements and QA for audits and reviews.
• Collaborate with operations, leasing, asset management, and finance.
• Prepare reports on workload, performance, and compliance trends.
