Job summary

Standard Nutrition Company is seeking a Senior Compliance Manager to provide executive oversight of regulatory programs (OSHA, FSMA, DOT) across all locations. You will own annual audits, report findings to site and senior leadership, and drive remediation with timely follow‑up.

You will lead a small team, maintain documents, and serve as the point of contact for regulatory inspections by OSHA, FDA, and DOT. Strong collaboration with site leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 7–10 years of progressive OSHA/FSMA/DOT compliance experience across multiple sites.
• CSP/CFS/CDS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead annual compliance audits at all locations.
• Prepare clear audit reports and present findings to leadership.
• Develop remediation plans with owners and timelines.
• Provide follow‑up support until corrective actions are complete.
• Act as primary on‑site lead for audits/inspections by OSHA, FDA, DOT, and others.
• Manage relationships with agencies, consultants, and subject matter experts.
• Monitor regulatory changes and update policies and training.
• Lead and develop Compliance Coordinators and track findings.
