Maker's Pride, LLC seeks a Senior Quality Compliance Manager to lead regulatory compliance across USDA/FDA-regulated facilities. This role oversees audit readiness, validation programs, CAPA, and continuous improvement, partnering with QAMs and QA teams to ensure sites meet customer and corporate standards.

You will drive SQF/BRC compliance, manage regulatory interactions, provide training, and support high-profile inspections while fostering a strong food safety culture across multiple sites.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in business/science-related field; experience may substitute.
• 5–7 years of related work experience in QA/food safety.
• FDA and USDA experience preferred.
• ASQ CQE/CQM certification a plus.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
