Job summary
Keller Logistics Group seeks an experienced Senior Safety & Compliance Manager to support a multi-site network of food-grade warehousing, distribution, and manufacturing operations. This remote-based role requires significant field time and regular travel to facilities, partnering with site leadership and driving safety, audits, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications
- 5+ years in safety, compliance, EHS, or related leadership roles in food-grade environments.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety requirements.
- Experience supporting or leading SQF certification programs.
- Experience preparing for and responding to AIB audits.
- Ability to lead across multiple facilities and travel regularly.
Responsibilities
- Lead OSHA compliance programs across multiple facilities.
- Conduct safety audits, inspections, risk assessments, and reviews.
- Travel to sites and maintain leadership presence with teams.
- Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis.
- Support readiness for SQF, AIB, customer, regulatory audits.
