Job summary

Millennium Management LLC seeks a seasoned Compliance Officer to support the WorldQuant relationship and oversee a global regulatory footprint. The role requires deep expertise in asset management compliance, cross-border requirements, and practical risk management.

You will lead projects, develop policies and procedures, and work with Legal, Operations and technology teams to ensure regulatory alignment and effective controls across the firm.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years of compliance experience in asset management or financial services.
• Experience supporting investment advisers or asset management with exposure to quantitative strategies.
• Ability to manage multi‑jurisdictional compliance matters and translate requirements into practical solutions.
• Proven project management and ownership of workstreams from assessment to delivery.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a dedicated compliance resource supporting the WorldQuant relationship.
• Develop a detailed understanding of WorldQuant’s global operations, quantitative trading infrastructure, and regulatory footprint.
• Assess complex compliance matters, identify risks, and drive issues through to resolution.
• Lead compliance initiatives with defined scope, milestones, and stakeholder alignment.
• Develop practical compliance frameworks, policies, procedures, memoranda, and recommendations.
• Partner with business, Legal, Operations, and other internal stakeholders on regulatory questions.
• Identify compliance risks and opportunities to strengthen the control environment.
• Communicate complex regulatory and business issues clearly with sound judgment.
