Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in financial services control functions, ideally in Hedge Fund and Private Equity regulatory compliance.
• Strong academic record from an accredited university.
• Experience in policy, audit, or similar process-driven financial services.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the Firm's global compliance program.
• Manage compliance software for code of ethics and personal trading policies.
• Ensure personal trading information is provided for regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate the compliance certification program.
• Facilitate compliance trainings and improve compliance programs.
