Job summary

Millennium in Greenwich, CT is seeking a senior Compliance professional to lead the program supporting WorldQuant. You will oversee regulatory risk, coordinate across trading, research, technology and operations, and translate complex rules into practical controls.

With 12–15 years in asset-management compliance, you will shape policy, run discrete projects, and partner across Legal and Business teams to ensure ongoing regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12–15 years in compliance within asset management or regulated finance.
• Experience supporting investment advisers or quantitative strategies is preferred.
• Strong ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support a dedicated compliance program for the WorldQuant relationship.
• Develop understanding of WorldQuant's operations, trading, and regulatory footprint.
• Assess complex compliance matters and drive issues to resolution.
• Lead initiatives with scope, milestones, and deliverables.
• Develop compliance frameworks, policies, and recommendations for a global business.
• Collaborate with Legal, Operations and other stakeholders on regulatory needs.
• Identify risks and opportunities to strengthen controls.
• Communicate regulatory issues clearly with sound judgment.
