Job summary

EnableComp is seeking a Security Analyst to support day-to-day security operations and drive compliance across the organization. The role involves working with security teams and multiple business units to ensure secure design, deployment, and maintenance of systems and networks.

You will help lead KPI activities, coordinate third-party assessments, and manage quarterly access reviews, while staying current on cyber threats and best practices to protect confidential information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, IT, Business or equivalent work/educational experience.
• Security related certifications (e.g., S+, CEH, Azure) are preferred.
• 1–2 years IT security and compliance experience is preferred.
• Healthcare industry experience is a plus.
• Working experience with Microsoft Azure cloud, Microsoft O365, Cortex, Qualys, and DUO 2FA is expected.
• Strong computer proficiency and ability to use MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Regular and predictable attendance is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist daily operations of the security program and provide technical security expertise.
• Lead KPI activities, roadmap tracking, and third-party assessments.
• Manage quarterly access reviews and internal audit activities.
• Research and report on best-in-class security products and emerging threats.
• Collaborate with IT and other business units to implement secure systems.
