Job summary

Vizient is seeking a GRC Senior Compliance Analyst to enhance the organization’s security posture and ensure SOX, HIPAA, and SEC compliance. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to design controls, assess risks, and drive continuous improvement across the enterprise.

You’ll utilize Power BI and Power Automate for reporting and automation, and apply Python for data analytics and visualization. Strong communication and collaboration across teams are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of IT compliance, risk management, or information security experience.
• Strong understanding of SOX, HIPAA, and SEC standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Intermediate to expert-level Python for AI data analytics and reporting.
• Experience using Power Automate/Power BI for automation and dashboards.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and across teams to implement compliance initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Identify strengths and weaknesses in the security program related to privacy, security, resiliency, and compliance.
• Analyze findings, document gaps, and report mitigation strategies to compliance leadership.
• Oversee configuration documentation for systems and processes.
• Maintain oversight of security systems to reduce enterprise risk.
• Collaborate with leadership to perform ongoing compliance and security assessments.
• Liaise with auditors to maintain controls for privacy and regulatory requirements.
• Develop automation and dashboards using Power Automate and Power BI.
• Apply Python to build AI models for data analytics and visualization.
• Support SEC-related audit inquiries and documentation requests.
• Promote awareness of compliance risks and drive continuous improvement.
