Job summary

GE Aerospace in the United States is seeking a Senior Compliance Specialist – Investor and Analytics Leader to lead independent investigations and analytics-supported compliance work. You will manage a large caseload, coordinate with Legal, Compliance, HR, and other stakeholders, and provide evidence-based conclusions and recommendations to senior leaders.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, experience in investigations, and the ability to work with advanced data

Qualifications

Minimum education/experience as stated: 8+ years with a Bachelor's, or 10+ with an Associate, or 12+ with a high school diploma.
Experience conducting workplace investigations and handling a varied caseload.
Legal authorization to work in the US.

Responsibilities

Lead and conduct independent investigations.
Review complaints and develop investigation plans and strategies.
Interview concerns raisers, witnesses, and subjects.
Perform forensic analysis of emails, data files, invoices, and policies.
Prepare oral briefings for senior leadership and draft clear reports.
Monitor applicable legal and policy requirements and provide guidance.
Analyze investigations and open reporting data for trends and risks using case management, AI, and analytics.
