GE Aerospace is seeking a Senior Compliance Specialist to lead independent investigations into matters relating to Respectful Workplace and other labor issues. You will work with Legal, Compliance and HR to assess and resolve policy concerns raised through the reporting system.

The role requires handling a large caseload with thorough, objective analysis and the ability to communicate findings clearly to senior business leaders. A strong team approach is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Eight or more years of professional experience in workplace investigations, including Respectful Workplace matters.
• Experience handling discrimination, harassment, retaliation, hostile environment issues.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Aufgaben

• Lead and conduct independent investigations into policy violations.
• Develop and manage investigation plans and strategies.
• Interview concerns raisers, witnesses, and subjects.
• Review information and perform forensic analysis where needed.
• Provide briefings to senior leadership and propose corrective actions.
• Draft clear, well-documented investigative reports.
• Maintain client relationships and deliver evidence-based conclusions.
• Monitor legal and policy changes and guide colleagues accordingly.
