Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of professional experience, or an Associate with 10+ years, or a High School diploma with 12+ years.

Responsibilities

• Lead and conduct independent investigations.
• Prompt, thorough, and objective investigations into alleged violations.
• Develop and manage investigation plans and strategies.
• Conduct interviews of concerns raisers, witnesses, and subjects.
• Perform investigative research including analysis of emails, data files, and policies.
• Provide oral briefings to senior leadership and recommend corrective actions.
• Draft clear, well-documented investigation reports.
