Job summary

Atlas Group seeks a Senior Corporate Compliance Manager to lead enterprise risk management and regulatory compliance across the organization. You will oversee governance programs, monitor regulatory changes, and advise executive leadership on risk mitigation strategies.

Ideal candidates will have experience in aerospace/defense or other highly regulated industries and strong capabilities in audits, investigations, and data-driven reporting to inform Board decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in business, law, finance, or related field.
• Progressive experience in corporate compliance, risk management, or internal audit (5+ years).
• Familiarity with government contracting and security frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage enterprise-wide compliance and ethics programs aligned with global regulatory requirements.
• Monitor regulatory changes and provide impact assessments to leadership and Board.
• Design and deliver compliance training across the enterprise.
