Job summary

GE Aerospace is seeking a Senior Compliance Specialist – Investigator and Analytics Leader to drive investigations across policy areas and support analytics for the Open Reporting program. You will collaborate with Legal, Compliance, HR and business leaders, manage a varied caseload, and ensure thorough, objective findings and concise reporting.

Responsibilities include leading investigations, interviewing witnesses, drafting clear reports, identifying corrective actions, and presenting findings

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from accredited university or college with minimum of 8 years of professional experience.
• Associates degree with minimum of 10 years of professional experience
• High School Diploma with minimum of 12 years of professional experience
• Minimum 6 years of professional experience in conducting workplace investigations
• Note: Military experience is equivalent to professional experience

Responsibilities

• Lead and conduct independent investigations
• Carry out prompt, thorough, and objective investigations into alleged violations of law or company policy
• Cases may involve any GE Aerospace policies across various areas
• Review and assess complaints and develop investigation plans and strategies
• Conduct concern raiser, witness, and subject interviews
• Draft reports to ensure investigations are clearly documented
• Analyze investigations and open reporting data to identify trends and emerging risks
• Provide oral briefings to senior leadership and functional owners on cases
