Partner Company is seeking a Senior Compliance Leader to oversee the Audit & Compliance team, shaping strategy and risk controls for a national, remote environment. The role offers broad oversight of audits and regulator inquiries, with accountability for timely corrective actions.

You will collaborate with legal, underwriting, operations, and regulatory partners to strengthen risk controls and ensure regulatory adherence across the organization.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in title, escrow, settlement, compliance, audit, or risk management.
• Strong knowledge of FinCEN, OFAC, FIRPTA licensing, and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee team development, performance management, and workflow design for the Audit & Compliance team.
• Manage internal and external audits, regulator inquiries, and corrective action plans through resolution.
• Collaborate with legal, underwriting, operations, and regulatory partners to strengthen risk controls.
