Job summary

Apache Corporation in Houston seeks a Senior Compliance Analyst to join its Compliance team reporting to the Chief Compliance Counsel. This role will be primarily responsible for governance, guidance, and risk management within the ethics program.

You will partner with business units, develop policies, monitor regulatory changes, and support internal investigations and metrics reporting to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certification from an accredited institution.
• 6+ years of compliance-related work experience, project management, or consulting.
• Knowledge of FCPA, anti-corruption laws, third-party risk, internal investigations, and trade compliance.

Responsibilities

• Governance: Design, implement, and maintain governance frameworks and controls.
• Guidance, Communications, and Training: Develop and review program documents; provide guidance; partner with business units.
• Risk Management, Analytics, Monitoring, & Investigations: Manage risk assessments; monitor legal developments; support due diligence and investigations; maintain metrics.
