Job summary

• 7–10+ years in compliance, regulatory, ethics, or risk management roles in highly regulated industries.
• Ability to design and oversee enterprise compliance programs, including anti-corruption and internal controls.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. federal and state regulatory frameworks; multinational experience preferred.
• Strategic advisor to senior/executive leadership with sound judgment and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of the company’s compliance and ethics program.
• Advise GC and executive leadership on compliance risks and regulatory developments.
• Oversee risk assessments, monitoring activities, and corrective actions within compliance framework.
• Stay updated on regulatory developments and ensure timely program updates.
• Manage internal investigations, regulatory responses, and training programs.
