Job summary

TransUnion LLC is seeking a Sr Consultant, Compliance to provide expert guidance on US regulatory obligations, including FCRA, GLBA, UDAAP, and DPPA. The role collaborates with Legal, Risk, and Technology to ensure regulatory readiness and effective issue management.

The position is hybrid, requiring in-person presence at a TU location a minimum of two days per week, with responsibilities spanning policy creation, training, and cross-functional advisory across Credit Risk Solutions and related

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of experience in compliance, legal, or risk management in financial services.
• Knowledge of U.S. state laws and consumer protection regulations (FCRA, GLBA, UDAAP, DPPA).
• Experience advising business partners during product development and identifying regulatory risks.
• Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills; ability to explain regulatory concepts clearly.
• Experience writing compliance policies and developing training materials.

Responsibilities

• Provide compliance advice on U.S. regulatory obligations including FCRA and GLBA.
• Partner with internal clients during product development to identify regulatory requirements.
• Support Regulatory Change Management and implement action plans.
• Assist with issue management, root cause analysis, and remediation tracking.
• Develop and maintain compliance policies, guidance, and training materials.
• Communicate complex concepts to cross-functional stakeholders and work with minimal oversight.
