Qualifications

• Excellent writing skills demonstrated by clerkship, law review, moot court, or publication.
• Experience managing cases and teams through all stages of litigation.
• Ability to manage complex cases with minimal oversight.
• Superior academic credentials and references.
• Willingness to commit to excellent client service.
• Comfort with complex legal issues including jurisdiction, choice-of-law, and admiralty law.
• Clerkship experience, especially at the appellate level, is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Defend clients in high-stakes, complex litigation of national and international significance.
• Lead and manage cases through all stages of litigation, including discovery, motions, experts, and trial.
• Collaborate in aviation/transportation matters with a client-centered practice.
• Mentor junior team members and uphold collegial culture.
