Qualifications

• Excellent writing skills demonstrated via clerkship, law review, moot court, or publication (≤140 chars).
• Experience managing cases and teams through all stages of litigation including discovery, motions, experts, and trial (≤140 chars).
• Ability to manage complex cases with minimal oversight (≤140 chars).
• Superior academic credentials and references (≤140 chars).
• Willingness to commit to excellent client service and a client-centered practice (≤140 chars).
• Clerkship experience, especially appellate level, strongly preferred (≤140 chars).

Responsibilities

• Defend clients in high-stakes, complex litigation with national and international significance.
• Lead matters through pre-trial discovery, motions, experts, and trial.
• Manage cases with minimal supervision and mentor junior team members.
• Analyze complex legal issues such as jurisdiction, choice-of-law, and admiralty.
• Provide excellent client service and maintain a client-centered practice.
