Qualifications

• Senior-level associate with 7-9 years' experience in product liability or complex litigation.
• Experience managing cases and teams through all litigation stages.
• Strong academic credentials and references.
• Clerkship experience, especially appellate level, preferred.
• Excellent writing and research skills.
• Ability to work with cross-border, high-stakes matters.
• Commitment to client service and client-centered practice.

Responsibilities

• Defend clients in high-stakes product liability matters.
• Manage cases and teams through discovery, motions, experts, and trials.
• Handle complex legal issues including jurisdiction, choice-of-law, and admiralty matters.
• Maintain client service focus and mentorship within the team.
