• Conduct thorough investigations using reports, medical records, and statements.
• Assess liability, damages, and coverage to drive claim decisions.
• Collaborate with legal counsel in litigation management, mediations, depositions, and trials as needed.
• Negotiate settlements within authority while balancing cost efficiency and outcomes.
