Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of environmental, products liability, life sciences, toxic tort, professional liability, and general liability claims of moderate to high complexity.
• Analyze policy language and coverage issues; prepare coverage position letters.
• Evaluate liability and damages; establish reserves; coordinate budgets.
• Direct defense counsel, consultants, and experts; oversee litigation strategy.
• Participate in mediations and settlements; collaborate with underwriting and risk teams.
