Job summary

The CNA Major Litigation Unit seeks a Complex Claims Consulting Director to lead the most complex commercial claims across auto/trucking, general liability, and construction lines. You will manage end-to-end claim resolution, reserve strategy, subrogation opportunities, and collaborate with counsel and internal partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; Master's preferred in related field.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in commercial claims.
• Insurance Adjuster License within 90 days where applicable; CPCU encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Manages an inventory of the most complex commercial claims with high loss exposure, including coverage determinations, investigations, and resolution strategies.
• Drives claim resolution by collaborating with internal and external partners, including counsel, to manage reserves and settlements.
• Establishes and manages significant claim budgets and mentors less experienced professionals.
