You'll handle GI, excess, and auto claims, evaluating coverage, liability, and damages with precision while guiding junior analysts.

Collaborating across teams, you will drive risk transfer opportunities, oversee litigation with panel counsel, and ensure compliance and proper file setup.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years in commercial claims handling or related field.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage commercial general liability, excess, and auto claims.
• Investigate and evaluate coverage, liability, and damages with precision.
• Anticipate and pursue risk transfer opportunities.
• Oversee litigation in partnership with Approved Panel Counsel.
• Ensure proper file setup, reserving, and compliance with company procedures.
• Participate in developing claims handling strategies and serve on companywide committees.
• Maintain required adjuster licenses across applicable states.
