RiverStone is seeking a Complex Claims Analyst to lead handling of high-exposure commercial auto, GL, and construction claims, mentoring others and shaping companywide initiatives.

The role supports hybrid work within 60 miles of Manchester, NH or Garden City, NY, or fully remote in the United States. A bachelor’s degree and 7+ years in commercial claims are preferred, with strong analytical and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in commercial claims handling or related field.
• Four-year college degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical ability and leadership mindset.

Responsabilités

• Directly manage commercial general liability, excess, and auto claims.
• Investigate coverage, liability, and damages with precision.
• Oversee litigation in partnership with approved panel counsel.
• Develop claims strategies and participate in committees.
• Ensure file setup, reserving, and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain adjuster licenses across states.
