RiverStone is seeking a Complex Claims Analyst to handle high-exposure commercial claims, including GL, excess, and auto, with hybrid work near Manchester, NH or Garden City, NY or fully remote in the U.S. You will mentor junior analysts and influence companywide initiatives.

The role emphasizes thorough investigation of coverage and damages, risk transfer opportunities, and collaboration with panel counsel, underpinned by strong analytical skills and a leadership mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years in commercial claims handling or related field.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage commercial general liability, excess, and auto claims.
• Investigate and evaluate coverage, liability, and damages with precision.
• Anticipate and pursue risk transfer opportunities.
• Oversee litigation in partnership with Approved Panel Counsel.
• Ensure proper file setup, reserving, and compliance with procedures.
• Participate in developing claims handling strategies and committees.
• Maintain required adjuster licenses across applicable states.
