Job summary

RiverStone Resources is seeking a Senior Claims Analyst specializing in Excess Auto Trucking and General Liability claims in a hybrid/remote US role. The position reports to the Unit Manager and requires extensive commercial claims experience across GL and excess lines.

Qualifications

• At least seven years of Commercial GL experience, some with Excess Trucking.
• Excess GL experience preferred; Primary GL experience required.

Responsibilities

• Directly handles and/or assists in monitoring, reviewing, and coordinating commercial and personal lines claims, including coverage analysis and reserving.
• Reviews loss notices; interprets policy coverages and establishes reserves.
• Manages litigation with Preferred Counsel under Alternative Fee Arrangements or other defense fee structures.
• Assigns and manages defense counsel, experts, and interfaces with peer carriers for defense and indemnity.
• Participates in developing claims handling strategies, budgets, and expense control.
