Fervo Energy seeks a Sr. Supply Chain Specialist, Completions to embed with Operations and lead strategy for completions services, including frac/stimulation, wireline, snubbing, and related workstreams.

The role partners with Operations and Category Management to pre-qualify suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure ready-to-mobilize options as field needs shift. Based in Houston with hybrid in-office flexibility, you will shape supplier benches, manage call-off agreements, and drive

Formación

• 5+ years of sourcing, procurement, or category management experience in completions or oilfield services.
• Experience negotiating service contracts and call-off/standby pricing agreements with meaningful commercial value.
• Strong understanding of how completion services are planned and executed in the field.
• Track record of building supplier options where a category has relied on a single vendor.

Responsabilidades

• Build and own a documented sourcing strategy for completions service categories.
• Establish and manage call-off pricing agreements and backup supplier coverage.
• Identify, qualify, and onboard secondary and tertiary suppliers to reduce single-source risk.
• Maintain visibility into upcoming field requirements and confirm supplier capacity and mobilization capability.
• Lead commercial negotiations from RFQ through contract execution.
