Fervo Energy in Houston, TX is seeking a Logistics Coordinator for Drilling & Completions to manage end-to-end material movements and carrier relationships. You will coordinate tool and equipment deliveries, negotiate service terms, and monitor performance to ensure on-time rig support.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in oilfield logistics, strong Excel skills, and experience with ERP or logistics tracking platforms. This hybrid role requires in-office presence at multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of oilfield drilling & completions logistics experience.
• Proven ability building and managing trucking carrier relationships and negotiating rates.
• Experience coordinating time-critical, multi-stop shipments to active well sites.
• Strong Excel skills and data-driven approach.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain relationships with trucking carriers and vendors.
• Develop and manage a reliable D&C carrier pool; negotiate rates and onboard new vendors as needs grow.
• Monitor carrier performance and address issues with vendors.
• Serve as primary point of contact for D&C carriers and vendors on scheduling, documentation, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate multi-stop, time-critical shipments to rigs and sites.
• Track shipments in real time and communicate status to site teams and stakeholders.
• Design and implement standard processes for D&C material movement and documentation.
