Job summary

You'll collaborate with cross‑functional teams, apply data analytics using Python and SQL, and drive cost‑effective completion designs for unconventional shale reservoirs across multiple field locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field; master's preferred.
• Minimum 2 years with an operator on frac and well completion projects.
• Experience with unconventional shale reservoirs and well stimulation.
• Strong data-driven decision making and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Design and planning of fracturing and drillout procedures for specific sites.
• Plan budgets, prepare cost estimates, and seek cost optimizations.
• Oversee project execution with field personnel, ensuring safety & compliance.
• Analyze post-job data to assess efficiency and costs; benchmark performance.
