• Track record in data analytic tools development and deployment

Responsibilities

• Enhance Completion Designs: provide technical support to improve economic and operational efficiency
• Operational Improvements: write procedures and oversee safe execution of completion programs
• Develop Completion Design Strategies: collaborate with Business Units to optimize plans
• Diagnostic Planning: plan and implement well diagnostics to assess completion effectiveness
• Real-Time Design Support: modify designs based on operational data
• Knowledge Sharing: review post well analyses and share lessons learned
• Cost Tracking: create AFEs and track well costs with field estimates
• Communication and Reporting: report on efficiencies and challenges to field and unit teams
