Job summary

The role requires a bachelor’s in petroleum engineering and at least 7 years of unconventional completions experience, with proficiency in WellView and PowerBI; travel to field sites is frequent and a strong safety focus is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in petroleum engineering or related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 7 years in completions engineering with unconventional experience.
• Proficient with MS Office, WellView and PowerBI.

Responsibilities

• Utilize leading edge technology to analyze completion operations for optimization.
• Collaborate with drilling, production, and reservoir teams to improve performance.
• Generate AFEs and cost forecasts for completion activities and budgets.
• Develop procedures for completion activities to meet safety and efficiency goals.
• Troubleshoot field issues and implement effective solutions with field leaders.
• Support vendor selection and pricing with procurement.
• Ensure designs meet industry standards and regulations.
• Maintain internal SOPs and BMPs; monitor KPIs with data tools.
