Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a passionate Sr. Competitive Intelligence Analyst III to support our Security for AI portfolio, including AI Detection and Response (AIDR), securing generative AI applications, and protecting autonomous agents.

In this role, you will partner directly with Product, Sales, and cross-functional leaders to inform roadmap decisions, guide go-to-market strategy, and help CrowdStrike win in a rapidly evolving competitive landscape focused on securing the enterprise AI ecosystem

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (Computer Science, Data Science, Cybersecurity, or related discipline).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the cybersecurity market with a focus on Security for AI/ML, including AI/LLM attack surfaces (prompt injection, model poisoning, data leakage) and AI governance.
• Deep familiarity with the Security for AI competitive landscape, including major industry players, AI safety frameworks, and evolving regulatory environment.
• Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience (ideal: two of: sales engineer/pre-sales, competitive intelligence, solution architect, product management, technical marketing, product marketing).
• Proven ability to synthesize complex technical concepts related to AI threats into actionable guidance and executive summaries.
• Superior communication skills including presenting to senior & executive level management.
• Excellent people and project management skills to manage initiatives and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Synthesize and formulate guidance on the strategic importance of Security for AI, emphasizing protection of autonomous agents and prompt-based threats as a competitive advantage.
• Provide in-depth, evolving understanding of the Security for AI market across the full AI lifecycle.
• Provide tailored deal support (competitive surgeries & guidance) and develop strong field rapport.
• Collaborate with the Competitive Intelligence team and technical stakeholders as the primary liaison for Security for AI competition.
• Recommend sales tactics and product strategy to help CrowdStrike win in the market.
• Be a self-starter with ownership, developing project plans, timelines, and ongoing updates of the Security for AI landscape.
• Conduct win/loss analysis using quantitative and qualitative data.
