Job summary

Forvis Mazars US is seeking a Compensation Senior Manager who provides enterprise leadership for the firm's compensation strategy, programs, governance, and operations. You will design, implement, and evaluate competitive and equitable pay programs and serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders.

You will partner with HR Business Partners, business leaders, Talent Acquisition, Finance, Payroll, HRIS, and other stakeholders to translate business priorities into scalable compensation solutions,

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive compensation experience with enterprise leadership of strategy, programs, governance, and execution.
• Ability to advise senior executives and lead governance forums on complex compensation matters.
• Deep expertise in base pay, incentive compensation, market pricing, job evaluation, pay equity, and annual planning.

Responsibilities

• Own and advance the enterprise compensation strategy and governance, aligning with business priorities and pay philosophy.
• Lead design, implementation, and optimization of base pay, incentives, recognition, and other programs.
• Direct annual compensation planning, including merit increases, promotions, and market adjustments, with governance and communications responsibilities.
• Develop compensation frameworks, salary structures, job architecture, and career levels to support internal equity and external competitiveness.
• Provide strategic consultation on offers, retention arrangements, and complex pay decisions.
• Develop executive-ready analyses and dashboards for senior leadership decisions.
