Job summary

Hunt is seeking a Sr. Compensation Manager to lead compensation strategy for North America Operations and Procurement. You will advise HRBPs and leaders on job evaluations, benchmarking, salary structure, and incentive design across multiple sites.

The role requires expertise with hourly and salaried populations, annual salary planning, and cross-functional leadership in a global manufacturing context. Strong analytics and Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.
• 5+ years compensation experience in operations/manufacturing environment.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects and influencing without direct authority.
• Strong technical knowledge of compensation theories, design, and applicable laws.

Responsibilities

• Develop and administer compensation programs for salaried and hourly populations.
• Lead annual salary planning and incentive cycles.
• Perform and oversee job evaluations for broad-based and executive roles.
• Ensure internal equity and external competitiveness aligned with pay-for-performance culture.
• Oversee salary survey participation and multi-country structure development.
• Design and deliver compensation training and policy updates.
