Job summary

Saint-Gobain North America in Malvern, PA seeks a Senior Compensation Analyst to support the Compensation Enablement Manager in designing and administering compensation programs, including merit cycles, salary structures, and cost modeling.

The role partners with HRIS, analyzes data, answers inquiries, and supports surveys. A Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of compensation experience, plus proficiency in Excel and Workday, are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources/Business or equivalent.
• 3–5 years experience in a compensation role within an HR function.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; capable of training others.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support merit and bonus processing, stock grants, PEG and regular financial reporting.
• Partner with HRIS to support Compensation, Payroll and Core implementation/administration.
• Manage Pay Factors data integration to HRIS and act as SME for ongoing administration.
• Conduct data analysis and monthly/quarterly reviews across systems.
