Job summary

Saint-Gobain is seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst to support the Senior Compensation Enablement Manager in developing and administering compensation programs across the organization. The role covers annual campaigns, salary structure design, and complex costing modeling.

The candidate will collaborate with HRIS, manage data integrity for Pay Factors, perform in-depth analysis, and explain policies to Field HR. A strong Excel/Workday background is required along with 3–5 years in compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business or equivalent.
• 3–5 years experience in a compensation role within an HR function.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to train others.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support annual merit, bonus processing, stock grants, PEG, and regular financial reporting.
• Partner with HRIS to support Compensation, Payroll, and Core implementation.
• Manage Pay Factors data integration to HRIS and advise on ongoing administration.
• Conduct data analysis for the annual compensation cycle and for monthly/quarterly reviews.
• Explain compensation policies to tier two Field HR and escalate when needed.
• Respond to compensation surveys with comprehensive data analytics.
• Conduct job evaluations and communicate programs and changes to relevant audiences.
