Insperity is seeking a senior compensation consultant to partner with executive leadership to educate, explore and evaluate compensation programs and practices, applying them to each client’s business goals. You will design pay systems, equity and incentive plans and advise on pay philosophy in collaboration with client leadership.

You will mentor staff, stay current with market trends, and provide expert guidance to internal and client teams on complex compensation issues and regulatory

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field is required.
• Master’s Degree with concentration in business is preferred.
• Seven or more years of experience in the compensation field is required.
• One year of Insperity compensation consulting experience is required.
• Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) is required.
