Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field is required.
• Master’s Degree with concentration in business is preferred.
• Seven or more years of experience in the compensation field is required.
• Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) is required.

Responsibilities

• Provides in-depth, strategic compensation consulting to clients on base and variable pay.
• Researches client business goals to tailor pay programs to needs.
• Leads development of compensation philosophy and pay equity analyses.
