Job summary

PacificSource is hiring a Compensation Manager to develop, administer, and maintain compensation programs for both salaried and hourly staff. You will create guidelines, analyze job descriptions, and advise leadership on pay decisions while ensuring compliance with laws and internal equity.

The role partners with HR and business leaders across locations, leveraging market data and surveys to support talent attraction and retention. A BS/BA and HR certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR and compensation functions including job analysis/evaluation.
• Knowledge of wage grade structures and market benchmarking.
• Experience with compensation research and data analysis for compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop, administer, and maintain compensation programs across salaried and hourly staff.
• Create consistent compensation guidelines aligned with philosophy and culture.
• Analyze job descriptions and wage grade classifications.
• Recommend offers, promotions, and internal transfers.
• Advise management on pay decisions, policy interpretation, and job evaluation.
• Conduct salary surveys and maintain survey data.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws; assist with issues.
