Job summary

PacificSource is seeking a Compensation Analyst to develop and manage comprehensive compensation programs across the organization. You will partner with leaders to attract and retain talent, ensuring equitable titles, ranges, and pay practices that align with the company's philosophy.

You will conduct market benchmarking, salary surveys, and internal equity analyses while keeping regulatory compliance in view.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Human Resources.
• Experience with job analysis/evaluation and wage grade structure design.
• Experience with compensation research and data analysis for compliance.
• Experience with benefit administration.

Responsibilities

• Develop, administer, and maintain compensation programs.
• Partner with the business to attract and retain talent.
• Evaluate requests to establish equitable titles, salary ranges, pay rates, and exemptions.
• Analyze and provide recommendations for offers, promotions, and internal transfers.
• Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
