Job summary

TSMC Arizona is seeking a Principal Compensation Analyst to join its 4‑nanometer fab in Phoenix, AZ. The role focuses on complex compensation design, benchmarking, and analytics to support business needs, audits, and regulatory compliance, while partnering with AZ Corporate, overseas compensation teams, and HQ projects.

The successful candidate will build data models, lead surveys, and deliver total rewards insights in a cross‑functional, fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of direct compensation experience in benchmarking, surveys, and program analysis.
• Experience with multi-national or scaling manufacturing environments is preferred.
• CCP in progress is desirable; completion is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead compensation analysis, benchmarking, and program design to support business needs and audits.
• Develop data models and complex Excel reports; leverage AI for insights and efficiency.
• Partner with HR, Finance, and HQ teams to implement compensation changes across the organization.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and internal policies; maintain documentation and SOPs.
• Provide mentorship to junior team members and support knowledge transfer.
