Central Piedmont Community College seeks a Senior Compensation Consultant to shape the College's compensation strategy, pricing, and governance. You will partner with HR leadership and Talent Acquisition to ensure equitable, market-aligned pay and well-documented decisions across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Min 4 years of compensation, HR analytics, or related experience.
• Experience in higher education or similar organizations (preferred).

Responsabilités

• Lead compensation analyses, market pricing, and internal equity analyses.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to align pay and job postings with guidelines.
• Administer compensation data in NEOED and ADP systems.
• Develop reports and trackers to support compensation planning and hiring decisions.
• Drive process improvements in compensation workflows and documentation.
• Collaborate with HRBP, Talent Acquisition, and leaders to provide data-driven recommendations.
