Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field as required.
- 8+ years of professional experience in compensation consulting or HR advisory.
- Subject matter expert in compensation strategy and program design.
- Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale client engagements.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee complex compensation consulting engagements from analysis through implementation.
- Advise senior executives and management on compensation strategy, program design, and market competitiveness.
- Develop customized compensation strategies, philosophies, and programs aligned with clients’ business and talent objectives.
- Coach and support team members in developing their consulting, analytical, and client-management capabilities.
- Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships and develop new business.
