Assurant seeks a Senior Compensation Analyst to partner with Global Compensation, People Partners, Finance and leaders. You will manage market pricing, job evaluation, annual programs, data analysis, reporting, and complex stakeholder requests. You will advance automation, AI-enabled tools, and better reporting to support fair, competitive pay decisions.

Requires 5+ years in Compensation or related field, strong Excel, and ability to translate data into practical guidance across geographies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive professional experience in Compensation, Total Rewards, HR, Finance, data analytics, or a related field.
• Experience with market pricing, job evaluation, salary surveys, compensation analysis, and annual compensation processes.
• Experience using AI-enabled tools to augment processes and enhance analysis.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency for modeling and presenting datasets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with ability to identify trends and risks.

Responsabilités

• Independently manage recurring compensation programs, analyses, and stakeholder requests.
• Conduct job evaluations, market pricing, benchmarking, and salary survey activities with well-supported recommendations.
• Analyze compensation trends, salary movement, and pay equity considerations.
• Build market-pricing analyses, financial models, dashboards, reports, and executive presentations.
• Support design, testing, and evaluation of annual compensation programs (merit, promotion, salary planning, incentives).
• Translate complex compensation data into practical guidance for partners and leaders.
