Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking a Compensation Partner to lead strategic and operational pay programs across the region. You will manage market analysis, pay ranges, annual cycles, bonus plans, and equity administration, collaborating with senior leaders to align rewards with business goals.

This role requires deep knowledge of wage and hour laws, strong analytics, and experience with Workday and other HRIS tools.

Qualifications

Experience designing broad-based compensation programs and pay structures.
Experience managing annual pay cycles and bonus plans.
Knowledge of wage and hour regulations and compliance.
Leadership of cross-functional compensation projects, including M&A integrations.
Experience in publicly traded companies and executive compensation.

Responsibilities

Lead compensation initiatives including salary ranges, grading structures, and incentive programs.
Partner with senior stakeholders to align compensation with business goals.
Ensure compliance with wage and hour regulations.
Utilize analytics to inform compensation decisions and program optimization.
Oversee annual pay cycles, bonuses, and equity administration.
Address pay equity and compression risks with proactive strategies.
Provide mentorship and cross-functional project leadership.
