Job summary

Integrity in Dallas, TX is seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst to design and administer compensation programs that support business strategy and employee experience. You will leverage data analytics, market intelligence, and cross-functional partnerships to ensure competitive and equitable pay practices.

The role partners with People & Culture to guide compensation decisions, supports organizational growth and transformation, and helps leaders understand how compensation decisions are made.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in compensation, total rewards, HR analytics, finance, or related discipline.
  • Strong understanding of compensation practices, market pricing methodologies, salary structures, incentive plans, and pay program administration.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Strong communication and consulting skills with ability to explain compensation concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with People & Culture Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to understand compensation needs and provide thoughtful recommendations based on market data and internal equity analyses.
  • Conduct market pricing analyses and review compensation survey data to evaluate competitiveness of positions.
  • Support administration of compensation programs, including merit planning, promotions, salary adjustments, incentive programs, and other pay initiatives.
  • Evaluate compensation requests and provide recommendations aligned with compensation philosophy, pay structures, and business objectives.
  • Support compensation activities related to organizational growth, mergers and acquisitions, and workforce transformation.

Job Summary

This position leverages compensation expertise, data analytics, market intelligence, and strong cross‑functional partnerships to ensure pay practices are competitive, equitable, compliant, and aligned with organizational goals. The Senior Compensation Analyst serves as a trusted advisor to People & Culture partners and business leaders by providing compensation guidance, supporting organizational growth and transformation efforts, and helping employees and leaders understand how compensation decisions are made.

Job Responsibilities
Compensation Strategy & Administration
  • Partner with People & Culture Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to understand compensation needs and provide thoughtful recommendations supported by market data and internal equity analyses.
  • Conduct market pricing analyses and review compensation survey data to evaluate the competitiveness of company positions against external market practices.
  • Support the administration of compensation programs, including annual merit planning, promotions, salary adjustments, incentive programs, and other pay‑related initiatives.
  • Evaluate compensation requests and provide recommendations that align with company compensation philosophy, pay structures, and business objectives.
  • Support compensation activities associated with organizational growth, mergers and acquisitions, business integration efforts, and workforce transformation initiatives.
Business Transformation & Organizational Effectiveness
  • Partner with leadership and People & Culture teams on compensation‑related aspects of organizational design, restructuring, job architecture, and business transformation projects.
  • Analyze compensation impacts resulting from organizational changes and develop recommendations that support business objectives while maintaining internal equity and market competitiveness.
  • Assist in developing and implementing scalable compensation processes that support continued organizational growth and transformation.
Market Analysis & Job Evaluation
  • Participate in compensation surveys by gathering, validating, and submitting accurate compensation data.
  • Review job responsibilities, qualifications, and organizational requirements to maintain accurate job descriptions, job classifications, and compensation alignment.
  • Support the evaluation of new and existing positions to ensure appropriate market placement and internal consistency.
Compliance, Reporting & Systems
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local wage and hour regulations, including minimum wage requirements and pay transparency considerations.
  • Develop and maintain compensation reports, dashboards, and analytics that provide actionable insights to business leaders and People & Culture partners.
  • Identify opportunities to improve Workday compensation processes, reporting capabilities, data integrity, and overall user experience.
  • Support compensation audits, reporting requirements, and documentation related to internal and external compliance needs.

Qualifications & Experience
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in compensation, total rewards, HR analytics, finance, or a related discipline.
  • Strong understanding of compensation practices, market pricing methodologies, salary structures, incentive plans, and pay program administration.
  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Strong communication and consulting skills with the ability to explain compensation concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
  • Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting compensation activities related to organizational growth, business transformation, integrations, or change management initiatives.
  • Experience with Workday HCM, including compensation administration, reporting, and dashboard development.
  • Experience using compensation market pricing platforms such as Payfactors and Radford, including survey management, market analysis, and benchmarking.
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation or progress toward certification is a plus.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, data analysis, and compensation reporting tools.
