Job summary

Truist Wealth in Charlotte, NC is seeking a senior Compensation professional to design, maintain, and analyze comprehensive compensation programs. You will manage large, complex projects across TD&O and collaborate with external consultants to ensure equity and market competitiveness.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 7+ years of experience, and strong proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint within Microsoft Office. In-office five days a week; visa sponsorship not provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education, training, and work-related experience.
• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience as a compensation professional.
• Strong knowledge of compensation programs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Designs and administers compensation programs including salary structures, incentive plans, and pay policies.
• Maintains compensation plans across base pay, incentives, allowances, deferred compensation, and non-cash rewards.
• Evaluates compensation through job analysis, classification, benchmarking, and market surveys.
• Collaborates with external consultants and vendors to enhance compensation programs and policies.
• Analyzes difficult compensation-related issues and draws from prior experience to solve problems.
• Directs competitive compensation assessments and makes recommendations to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements related to compensation and rewards programs.
• Works on large, complex compensation projects and delegates work to staff.
