Conducts compensation analyses, assists with research and market data, and helps resolve incentive compensation-related inquiries under general supervision. Contributes to the effective delivery of incentive compensation programs that align with business objectives, market competitiveness, and organizational compensation strategies. Position has in office expectations 5 days a week. Role can sit in Atlanta, GA, Orlando, FL or Charlotte, NC. This is NOT a remote opportunity.
